Don Munro

<p>Don has been working within the real estate industry dealing with commercial, industrial, large acreage and agricultural property sales for over 30 years.   His annual sales volume is in excess of $100,000,000.00.  He possesses well-rounded experience concerning leasing, new business development and administrative processes associated with varying types of commercial, industrial and agricultural real estate and attached operations.  Don also has a wealth of experience in detailing various projects he has been involved in whether from a financial standpoint or assisting with the daily logistics of the project. He has assisted companies with ground floor real estate endeavours, utilizing his entrepreneurial spirit to advance the company’s short- and long-term revenue goals.  Don has also instructed seminar presentations on commercial/industrial real estate sales.  He has been involved with many different acreage/farm sales in the lower mainland over the years and has represented Farm Credit and Bank of Nova Scotia among others in Court Order Sales.  Don has exceeded all of Sutton Groups award categories and continue to enjoy identifying opportunities for his clients on the buy and sell side and helping them think their way through each transaction</p>
