- To respond to your enquiries and connect you with a relevant Neighbourhood Expert or specialist;
- To provide property search, neighbourhood guides and related features;
- To send you information you request, and — where permitted — relevant updates you may unsubscribe from at any time;
- To detect, prevent and address fraud, abuse or security issues;
- To comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.
How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share it in the following limited circumstances:
- Real estate professionals. When you ask to be connected with an agent, we share the details necessary to facilitate that introduction.
- Service providers. Vendors who host, support and analyze the Service on our behalf, under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
- Data partners. Property, boundary and location data is provided through Neighbourly. Your personal search activity is not sold to data partners.
- Legal reasons. Where required to comply with the law, enforce our terms, or protect the rights, safety and property of Residentiae or others.
